October Freezer Swap

October will be our first Freezer Swap!

I'm in the the process of collecting information from each participant.

I will have all the information you need (Pan size, amount of dishes..etc) by Monday September 28th- so keep checking this post.

We will be swapping on Wednesday October 14th in my home at 7pm. If this date/time doesn't work for you- please email me and we will arrange a way for you get me your items and me to get you yours. It's really important to cut costs/aggravation down that you do everything you can to make the swap at the designated time-but of course things do come up.

We will have a budget ( Somewhere in the $8-$10 per freezer item range ) to keep everyone on the same page. So, if there is 5 of us, the swap should cost you around $50. You can do the math to figure it out. I will post the exact amount that the swap should be costing you on September 28th- so check back. It's important that we all stay within this budget to keep the quality of the swap items high.

General Rules about Freezer Swap

1. You must make the designated amount of freezer items in the designated size agreed on every month. If you can't participate during a swap, please make other arrangements with the swap leader.

2. Each dish must be a MAIN dish the yields 6 servings within the monthly theme discussed.

3. Each dish must be labeled and dated on the outside in permanent marker.

4. Please double check our groups allergies before making any dish. This can be a very serious issue.

5. Make sure that the Swap Leader has your recipe 5 days before the swap date.
